Kolmar Holdings

Greetings. I am Kim Jong-cheol, the Compliance Officer of Kolmar Holdings.

With recent growing interests in regards to social responsibilities and roles of a company, corporate-related laws and regulations are continuously being reinforced. In such social atmosphere, demonstrating fair and transparent managements has become an essential priority in earning customer trust and achieving continuous growths.

To bring our compliance programs to practice, we have established regulations for CP operations and appointed a compliance officer via the board meeting held in March.

As being designated as the compliance officer of Kolmar Holdings, I would like to take this time to ask our executives and out employees a few favors.

First, all the executives/employees shall comply with the business-related laws and CP operation regulations. This will allow us to solidify the basis for our compliance/ethical managements.

In addition, in case of any violations or its attempts in regards to the business-related laws and CP operation regulations during work, all the executive/employees shall seek advice from the compliance officer or the department in charge of such violations, in order to prevent them in advance.

Last but not least, I would like to ask all of you to actively participate in the CP trainings which will provide you with CP-related knowledge and ultimately help all of us in creating compliance/ethical managements. I fully understand that it might feel inconvenient in the beginning, and am greatly appreciate all you cooperation to enhance the awareness and the level of CP.
